On Saturday March 21st, 2009 the New York Film Academy will be hosting an open house at its New York City and Universal Studios locations. It will be three hours in length, with the first hour being from 12PM to 1PM and targeted toward One/Two-Year Conservatory MFA Programs and Two-Year Fine Arts Degree Programs; these include, Filmmaking, Acting for film, Producing, Screenwriting, 3d Animation, Documentary and Broadcast Journalism with NBC News. The second hour, from 1PM to 2PM, will focus on Hands-On Intensive Short-Term Workshops of the aforementioned areas. The last hour, from 2PM to 3PM, will focus on Hands-On Intensive Workshops, but specifically for teens ages 14-17 and tweens ages 10-13. Filmmaking, Acting for film, Screenwriting, 3d Animation, Music Video and Broadcast Journalism will be covered.
