The one and only Howard Stern launched his very own film festival with the hope of giving filmmakers the freedom they don’t get anywhere else, the freedom to say anything they want. Fans and filmmakers get a chance to submit five minute short films that creatively interpret Howard Stern story lines. The winners get cash prizes and their films will be featured on Howard TV on Demand. The festival is held in New York City and it is judged by Stern himself along with a panel of celebrities.
